1. For non-perishable commodities, respective brand owners will be responsible for the quality of product. In such cases, you can lodge complaints on them through us.

2. The perishable commodities displayed on the site and the actual products delivered will be similar and may not be exact replicas as these items are hand-made and can vary. However, in all such cases the quantity specified in the order will be provided as desired. We recommend customer to refrigerate the cakes on delivery (if it is to be used after half an hour or more).
If ordered flowers / cake / Soft Toys/ sweets / chocolates are not available in the respective city or town, we shall deliver alternate flowers / cake / Soft Toys/sweets/ chocolates/ of desired quality and equal to (or greater than) order value.

4 a. In all major cities we can deliver on same day and within two business days in other listed locations.
If no delivery date is specified in the order form then the order shall be delivered within 1 business day of receipt of the order. These timelines shall be applicable for perishable items like flowers, cakes, teddy bear, sweets, chocolates, Fresh fruits (unless specified otherwise in product name/ description) etc. Rest of the items shall be delivered in approx 1-4 business days. 4 b. Delivery Time, Telephonic Support and Order cut-off:

- Our Normal Delivery Hours are 9 AM - 7 PM. For Same Day delivery in normal hours, we need the order by 2 PM
. Normal hours delivery of orders that include cake are usually scheduled after 10 AM to ensure fresh cake delivery. For Normal hours deliveries, we would not be able to commit delivery at specific time (though we will make all possible attempts to deliver at your preferred time). For Sunday delivery within Kerala, please place the order one day in advance.

- Midnight delivery shall be done close to 12 AM. However in exceptional cases, midnight delivery may start at 10:30 PM. For Same Day midnight delivery, please place the order by
4 PM

- Early morning deliveries are done by 9 AM.
For early morning delivery, please place the order by 4 PM on previous day.

- Kindly place your order before 4 PM on previous day for Fix time delivery of Gifts.

- Valentine Day deliveries:
Cut-off time for placing orders for 14th Feb delivery is 6 PM, 13th Feb. Orders that are placed thereafter may be delivered on 15th or 16th Feb. For Deliveries on 13th and 14th Feb, the deliveries shall be done during the day as per the date specified in the order form. However time commitment would not be applicable. Also, midnight and early morning deliveries shall not be available on 13th and 14th Feb.

- You are advised to place orders (for delivery on 13th/ 14th and 15th Feb) from Valentine section of the website only.

4 c. Midnight, Fix time and early morning delivery is not available for Occasions like Valentine day, Mother's day, Father's day, Rakhi, Diwali, Christmas and New Year. Any order placed for the midnight delivery for these occasions shall be delivered in the evening of previous day or during the day of the occasion. Also orders placed for these occasions on the day of delivery may be delivered next day.

4 e. Telephone Support

- On Sunday and Public Holidays, telephonic support may be available till 1 PM only.

For occasions listed above, we shall request you to contact us throughe email since telephonic support may not be available on the actual date of occasion (like 14th Feb).

4 f. For same day Sunday delivery, please place the order by 9 AM.

5. Delivery of certain branded items may not be possible/delayed under certain un-controllable circumstances such as product is not available in the market or discontinued by the manufacturer. In such cases, similar product, nearest to the description will be delivered. Also, conformance would be seeked from the customer for the same through e-mail before the delivery of the order.

10. If the shipping address is incorrect and recipient is also un-reachable on phone OR if no one is available to accept the delivery of the perishable gift item (when delivery attempt is made) then in such cases the order will be assumed as executed & no refund will be made.

12. If there is no one available at the shipping address (to accept the delivery of your order) at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.

13. If the recipient has not checked in at the hotel on the delivery date, the order will be left at the reception & the order will be assumed as executed.  If the person has checked out of the hotel by delivery date, the order will be assumed as executed & no refund will be made in such cases.

14. If xPressions is unable to deliver your order, then complete refund will be made.

The delivered item for the product categories Watches, jewellery, teddy bear, silverware and Apparels may/ may not be exact replica of the images shown on the website (depending on the availability of the ordered gift item). Hence in such a case the delivered gift item for these 2 product categories (i.e. Watches and Apparels) shall be similar/ close-replica to the image shown for the ordered gift item.

18.For delivery of gift items to Wedding Ceremonies/ Mariage Halls, we may not be able to assure the delivery to the bride and/or bride-groom because of non-accessability of our delivery team to the couple. 19. Genunity of information & interest of making payments:
The customer promises that the information provided to xPressions is true, correct and accurate. The customer also agrees to pay all charges incurred by them and users of your account and credit cards or other payment mention at prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

The customer agrees to defend indemnity & hold xPressions and its affiliates harmless from all liabilities & expenses including attorneys fee related to any violation of this agreement by them and also for the use of the services or transmission of any message or information by them xPressions may modify this agreement from time to time without giving any prior information.
